Bio

Mel had been teaching a slew of group fitness classes for about six years when she decided to finally add indoor cycling to her lineup. She loves the atmosphere the most — sweating like crazy in a dark room with heart-pumping music, the experience reminds her of a dance club (but less weird). As an instructor, Mel wants her riders to feel empowered and confident, and hopes they leave the studio feeling like they can take on the world. She likes to spend her free time checking out new restaurants, traveling, or just hanging at home with her husband, cat, and a nice glass of wine.
